Tarragon assembled and began development of 63 acres on Meridian East at 156th in 2006. Phase I of those 63 acres have become 352,000 square feet of pedestrian-friendly retail space centered around a lifestyle component of shopping space. Phase II will add up to an additional 200,000 square feet of leasable space to Sunrise Village.
